It is good to love, but love is difficult. Today, I participated in the voluntary teaching program launched by the school youth volunteer organization, which was unforgettable and impressed.

At the beginning, all the volunteers were organized to meet at the gate of ZiTong primary school, in which we were going to teach. After checking the number of voluntary teachers, we entered the classroom of painting class. To our great surprise, we received a warm wele from enthusiastic students. Then, I introduced our teachers, and the class begun. At first, I was a little nervous, but with the active cooperation, I became more confident of myself. I tried my best to make my lesson lively and interesting. Drawing daily supplies is the content of my lesson. At last , I examined students’ drawing and said goodbye to them reluctantly.

To sum up, the voluntary teaching program is meaningful and fruitful. Now, I am looking forward to the next teaching!

Today in English class I was afraid to speak out because I didn't want to be laughed at by the other students. My teacher asked me some questions and I had a hard time with the words to use. After class, my teacher told me to listen to English TV and radio programs, to not be afraid to talk to foreign people I meet on the street, and to say the English words out loud over and over until I know them well. I thought this was a good idea and I will try to do this every day. I hope I can learn to speak English without being afraid. In this weekly English exam I didn't do well. I was not careful and didn't take the time to do a good job. My problem is that I am very careless and make many mistakes. I need to work hard to learn English and get a good grade next week.

Today,I went fishing with my elderly brother. It was interesting, especially when wecaught fishes. Fishing needs a lot of patience, because it takes a long time tocatch a fish. Firstly, we prepared some baits and then put the fishing rod inthe water. And then wait. I didn’t have much patience and looked at the fishingrod frequently. My brother told me not to do that, otherwise I would never catcha fish. My brother was good at it and he got five but I got none. I was alittle upset. But brother told me that I can go fishing with him next time. 1.大学生军训感受日记

　军训——一个熟悉而又陌生的词语回荡在了我的脑海中，他带给我的是一个新鲜与向往。因为看过哥哥军训穿军装的样子，当时一阵莫名的羡慕涌上心头，而今天我认为的这样一件好事也降临到了我的头上。

　说实话，在前一天晚上，军训对我来说真的没什么好怕的，我感觉这是一件再轻松不过的事了，可经过一天的经历，我这才发现，其实我错了。

　今天军训的第一天，带给我的印象最深的就是站军姿，说白了，就是怎样有精神的站立。说到这里，大家一定会觉得这是一件极简单的动作，毕竟人天天都会做站立这一动作。而就是这一个熟悉的不能再熟悉的动作却有着许多学问。比如，要用前半脚掌着地，要不然站一会儿就会晕倒，挺胸抬头显得更有气质等等。

　在军训中，我有好几次都感觉天地在晃动，险些跌倒，这才发现我自以为是不费事的军训竟是这么难的一件事，就这还是最基础的东西。这时，我不禁想起我们身边的教官们这些年他们是怎么挺过来的，顿时，一份敬意从心底油然而生。

　今天我初次了解到军人的生活，虽然仅仅经历了几个小时的训练，但带给我最直观的感受就是累。在这几个小时里，我同样深深地体会到：我们要有吃苦耐劳，坚毅不屈，顽强拼搏的良好品质，并且从小就要树立勤俭自强的精神。

　今天是我人生当中最难忘的一天，我将会把这段美好的回忆深深地刻在心底。

2.大学生军训感受日记

　经过漫长的暑假，我们再次来到学校进行了军事训练。

　星期天本来是一个好日子，但我们却不得不穿上那套绿色的军装，开始了大一的第一个旅程。

　"流血流汗不流泪，掉皮掉肉不掉队"是我们的口号。它充分体现着一种顽强拼搏的精神，我们正是以这种精神去面对我们的大学生涯的第一次考验。

　太阳不留一丝情面地往我们身上传送着热量，整个训练场如同一个火炉一般，将我们身上烤得炙热。从立正到稍息，从齐步走到正步走，我们都不敢有丝毫的放松。但或许是暑假在家中长期的松散生活，使得有部分的同学因站姿保持太久，或是受不了太阳的炙烤而晕倒了。但绝大多数的同学都还在坚持着，坚持着……

　两天里我们都是阳光与汗水中度过的，一件件湿透的衣服成为了我们的"战利品"。经过了一轮又一轮"魔鬼"般的训练，一停下来，那平常觉得淡而无味的开水却成了我们最为渴望的"食粮"，一个个抱着水壶，如饮甘露。

　艰苦的训练之后，我们最渴望的就是马上回到宿舍冲个好凉，躺在床上，美美地睡上一觉。但即便在梦里，我也还是能听到教官那响亮的口号，看到同学们脸上那晶莹的泪光……醒来后，回荡在脑际的却是"流血流汗不流泪"的誓言。

3.大学生军训感受日记

　军训过了一天，我是有乐说不出，有苦说个够。好不容易撑过了第一天，第二天又迅速降临了。我也只有硬着头皮就训练。

　"今天我们学些军体拳！"耶！我对这个项目超感兴趣，打拳……我学定了！于是，我们跟着教练厚着脸皮学了起来。"弓步摆腿！"教官命令着。我旁边那位可能太激动，一抬脚，结果摔了个大马趴，全班人爆笑……

　又到中午了，我们一个个饥肠辘辘，全神贯注地盯着桌上的菜。"开吃！"教练一声命下。我们二话不说，拿起筷子以闪电的速度抢起了饭菜，10分钟不到就一扫而光。我的天啦！

　下午两点钟，我们亲身体会了传说中的"高空断桥"。空旷的森林里，两根柱子拔地而起，在离地面十多米的高空中，架起了一座独木桥，只不过桥中央断了一个大约50厘米的缺口。这个项目的规则是要从柱子的落脚点爬到桥头，再走过断桥就算成功。望着这一幕，我们一个个心惊胆战，你看看我，我看看你，谁也不敢去试。虽然有安全带的保护，但我们还是不敢往上爬。

　我第一个站了出来："我试试！"绑上安全带后，我开始往上爬。越来越高，越来越高……我不敢往下看一下，生怕自己会产生恐高症，我终于来到了桥头处。天，好高！我头上直冒冷汗，但可能还有点信心，我再次往前爬去。马上就要到断桥部分了，我下意识地停住了脚步，感觉桥抖得好厉害。望着这缺口，我踌躇了。好吓人，放弃吧，跳下去。不行，大家都在看着我呢！我咬紧牙关，迈出了最艰难的一步。这一步刚好印在了桥的另一节上。我将身子一靠，顺利地通过了独木桥。下面响起了热烈的掌声……

　今天就说到这儿吧，我太开心了！

4.大学生军训感受日记

　有许多事情的发生都是在我的期盼与紧张中来到。军训亦如此。但它却还给我带来了几分厌倦，也许这是小学与中学给我留下的后遗症吧！因为那时的军训除了立正，稍息之类的形式主义就没什么是令我留恋的了。

　曾经幻想军训能树立以及巩固同学之间的感情；曾经幻想我们能与教官打成一片；曾经幻想这令人欢喜令人忧的军训能让我们的历史牢记这一天；曾经幻想……也许是幻想的数量太多，让老天认为我是在得寸进尺，所以他收回了他曾想让我美梦成真的念头。

　有人云：期盼太多就成了奢望，而奢望往往都是可望而不可及的。这即是幻想。所以，因期盼太多最终得了个失落的我其实是自找的。太阳依然烧灼着我们这些汗流浃背的人们。"稍息、立正、站好"的声音依然一声比一声洪亮。教官严厉的眼神依然监视着，希望在不惊动老师的情况下能稍稍放松的我们。

　在这严厉的训练中，并不是每一个人都能坚持到最后的，看着那些体弱的同学因为身体的不适应而逐个退出训练，我想，这就是我们因为肯定与赞同"身体是革命的本钱"这句话的时候了，开始更加认真的对待教官为我们付出的一分一秒。叫苦叫累的同学更是不计其数，也许是因为两个月的假期让我们过的太懒散了，而对这些在行动上限制了自由的训练有些不习惯，但绝大多数都是因为体力不支而终止了训练的。

　孟子曰："天将降大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤，空乏其身，行拂乱其所为，所以动心忍性，曾益其所不能。"的确，现在的我们都是父母的心头肉，他们哪里舍得让我们吃苦啊，我们这些小皇帝在家没受过什么苦，所以现在的锻炼是必要的。

5.大学生军训感受日记

　在这军训的十四个日日夜夜里，我们用汗水挥洒时间，用步伐歌舞青春，用军歌震撼内心。

　把军事训练，进行到底。

　此时，站在这尝尽酸甜苦辣的军训生活的尾巴上，夕阳投出长长的影子，我觉得自己似乎与以往有了微妙的变化。

　日夜不再颠倒。身体上有了肤色的分界线，很清晰。离开父母之后，进行自理的生活。突然间对于时间变得敏感与重视。汽水喝得少，纯净水大量下肚。等等。

　在当了副班长，偶尔兼 职小班长的时间里，自己变得成熟冷静，有了突然负荷的责任感，有了比普通军训学员更广的眼界。

　军服、军姿、齐步、压脚尖、正步、方阵、分列式与打靶，还有军训日志、拉歌、合唱、文艺表演与文艺晚会。军训生活简单而不枯燥，想练好但不能急躁，有历练的痛苦也会有甘甜的回报。我爱着具有节奏感的日子，我爱这大家团结一致的日子，我爱这苦尽甘来的日子。

　午后的阳光打在队员们的墨绿的帽檐上，在大家的脸上投出明暗而深邃的轮廓。前面队友的汗水随着手臂的摆动而洒落在自己的手臂上，又顿时与自己手臂上的汗水融为一体。在这个时候，大家的心，都是一致而统一的。
