蔬菜水果的英语手抄报内容
水果的品种繁多,有瓜中上品西瓜,有果中皇后荔枝,水中明珠葡萄……但我最喜欢吃的却是苹果。
苹果圆圆的,遍身滑溜溜的。没有熟透的了的苹果绿绿的,慢慢地由红色占领了绿色的“领地”,最后,苹果熟透了,变得深红。没熟透的苹果,咬上一口,又苦又涩,难吃极了。熟透了,就有一股清香扑鼻而来,恨不得一口都吃了,甜丝丝的,让人越吃越想吃,越吃越爱吃。把苹果切开,肉是白色的,里面籽是黑色的,新鲜的汁水,整个苹果吃起来甜津津的,香脆可口,果肉鲜美,从舌尖直沁肺腑。
苹果不仅味道好,作用也很多哦!常常吃苹果可以降低血脂、降血压、预防癌症……西方有句谚语:“一日一苹果,医生远离我。”在众多水果之中,苹果可以说是最普遍又平和的一种。但它的营养价值却不能小看。中医相信它可生津润肺,健脾开胃。营养学上的分析,指出苹果含有多种果糖,并含有多种有机酸、果胶及微量元素,纤维素、维生素、矿物质、多酚及黄酮类营养物质。“一天一个苹果”是人们熟知的健康口号,苹果被科学家称为全方面健康水果。
苹果有许多吃法,可以榨成苹果汁,做成苹果沙拉等……
苹果含有许多维生素,多吃有好处喔!
