各位领导、前辈们，大家好，今天我要讲的题目是《创业改变人生》。

　俗话说：“机遇都是留给有准备的人”，作为一个新时代的大学生，我走上了自主创业之路，期间过往有辛酸坎坷、也有风声笑语。之所以能够走出一条独立自主创业之路，完全得益于政府政策的扶持，也源于自身的努力。

　2013年，我从新疆建设学院建筑工程专业毕业直到现在，我才成立了一家小微企业， “问渠那得清如许，为有源头活水来”，在创业过程中的经历与坎坷便是我奋斗路上的源头活水，为我的上进提供不竭动力。

　在读高中时，一个朋友的.母亲身患癌症却因无经济能力而放弃治疗，从那时起，我便下定决心去做一个创业者，用自己的智慧与汗水取得社会的认可，有能力为家庭担当付出。

　从大学时候起，因为怀揣创业梦，我有意关注管理学、经济学等报刊网文，从这些知识的接触中，我渐渐懂得现代商业的运营规律，现代商业不再是传统的“暴发户式”经济，而是考验管理者的业务素质和领导才能，只有掌握过硬的理论素养，才有可能让自己的创业梦想早日提上日程。

　2013年，我走出大学校门，没有了象牙塔的保护，我必须要坚强起来，没有任何实践基础，光靠高屋建瓴是不行的，因为是建筑专业出身，我就先去监理单位做实习监理员，毕竟毕业后我首先要解决的就是温饱问题。

　在工地工作的一年，我常常试问自己是否喜欢这样安定的生活，得到的答案总是否定，终于有一次我递交了辞职报告，2014年10月，我的人生迎来了崭新的尝试，家里支持了一部分资金，自己还有一点存款，终于开了一家安防店，成为个体户。

　2015年，中国整个实体经济都不好，我觉得安防行业 发展前景受限制。这时正好赶上地区组织创业大学生出疆考察参观，这对于我而言是一个外出学习考察的好机会，所以，2015年11月，我跟随地区其他创业者前往沈阳参观考察，考察后我发现在内地同城便民服务已经非常发达，而在乌苏还未有听闻，考察回来我果断决定改行从事同城便民服务，首先引入自动售货机，其次创建同城微信便民公众平台。

　目前自动售货机已安放十台并已全部投入使用，微信公众平台已初步试运营，处于推广发展阶段。 滴水之恩当涌泉相报，在我们享受外界给予的恩泽时，应当怀有一颗感恩的心去回报社会，2016年6月，我与张鹏等人共同组织高考雷锋车队，并筹建乌苏市协会，同年7月乌苏市团委组织40名品学兼优的学生参加夏令营，我便为他们送去学习用具，无论以后的发展是怎样的，我都会一如既往的把我受到的帮助回馈于社会。

　人要靠努力地奔跑才能走到别人前面，虽然创业的道路并不是一帆风顺。但对我们青年创业者来说，正是有了这样困苦的经历，才能让我们体验到七彩人生。

　其实创业虽然艰苦但是也没有想象中的那么难，况且政府还为我们大学生创业提供很多扶持政策、帮助我们找准目标，开展创业项目。

　希望在座各位有为青年也能够自己努力，与时间赛跑，圆上自己心中创业梦想，如果不与时间赛跑，光阴将一去不返。
